Besser Associates proudly congratulates 2024 IEEE MTT-S award winners Les Besser and Ali Darwish!

Dr. Les Besser, founder of Besser Associates has been awarded the prestigious Microwave Career Award. 

This award recognizes a career of meritorious achievement and outstanding technical contribution by an individual in the field of microwave theory and techniques.

The award is presented … for a career of leadership, meritorious achievement, creativity and outstanding contributions in the field of microwave theory and technology. Our Applied RF Engineering online certification program is derived from Les Besser's original teaching materials, which have been tweaked and refined for over 30 years.

Dr. Ali Darwish has been awarded the N. Walter Cox award (along with Vijay Nair).

This award recognizes an individual who has given exemplary service to the Society in a spirit of selfless dedication and cooperation.
